By accessing the sixs6 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the sixs6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sixs6 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.
Access to, and use of, the sixs6 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. sixs6 enforces strict age verification procedures. Any Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction in which they are located.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the sixs6 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of Account registration. sixs6 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration details at any time. Provision of false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.
sixs6 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the User's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to online gaming in their location before registering or placing wagers on the sixs6 Platform.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. sixs6 will never ask a User to disclose their password via any communication channel.
Users must notify sixs6 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, their Account. sixs6 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
sixs6 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts. Enabling 2FA is the User's responsibility and does not create any additional liability for sixs6 beyond what is set out in these Terms.
sixs6 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may be updated without prior notice. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. sixs6 does not accept third-party deposits.
Users may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposit, except where sixs6 expressly authorises an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is specified on the cashier page. All withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. sixs6 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, but reserves up to 5 business days for processing in complex cases.
sixs6 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. Users will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and, where relevant, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of request may result in Account suspension.
The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary currency. Accounts denominated in alternative currencies may be subject to conversion at rates determined by sixs6 at time of transaction.
sixs6 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
All bets placed on the sixs6 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
sixs6 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data feed malfunction, or fraudulent activity. In the event of a voided bet, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account balance.
Bets once placed are final and may not be amended or cancelled by the User, except where a cash-out feature is available and expressly offered by sixs6 for that specific market.
sixs6 sets its own maximum bet and win limits, which are displayed in-game or available from customer support on request. sixs6 reserves the right to limit or restrict a User's wagering activity at its sole discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sixs6 Platform:
sixs6 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all associated balances, and to report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the sixs6 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from sixs6.
sixs6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixs6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
sixs6's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
sixs6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sixs6 will provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sixs6 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to sixs6's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that Users may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
